Slow Your Roll Yoga for women age 40+

Join us for an hour of self-care with a slow and gentle yoga class tailored for women over age 40. This live online class is designed for beginners, all bodies (flexible or not), and experienced yogis. The class will include yogic breathing, meditation, and yoga poses for mature bodies. No need to leave your home. Join us live online streaming via Zoom.

No special equipment is needed.

Bring a yoga mat (or large towel), a firm chair with a back, a 3 inch yoga block (or book), and 2-3 small pillows.
Bring an open mind and heart.

Time: Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. EST
