Accessible Yoga for ALL Bodies

We believe yoga is for every body. Join us for an hour of self-care with a slow and gentle yoga class. This accessible yoga class does not require standing or getting down on the floor. All practices may be done sitting in a chair, using props for support, or not using a chair at all. The class is appropriate for all body types, ability, flexibility, and strength. This yoga class will include yogic breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and physical yoga poses (asanas). No need to leave your home. Join us live online streaming via Zoom.

No special equipment is needed.

Bring a yoga mat (or large towel), a firm chair with a back, two 3-inch yoga blocks (or books), and 2-3 small pillows.
Bring an open mind and heart.

Time: Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. EST
