Over time, this can lead to chronic stress, fatigue, disconnection from joy, and a quiet loss of self-love. Loving Ourselves to Wellness is a monthly online masterclass designed to help women age 50 and older reconnect with themselves, cultivate sustainable self-care practices, and realign with what brings meaning and purpose to their lives.
This 2-hour live, interactive masterclass offers a supportive and empowering space to slow down, reflect, move gently, and reconnect—without pressure, perfection, or judgment. Whether you are new to self-care or seeking to deepen an existing practice, this experience meets you exactly where you are.
What You’ll Experience
Each masterclass blends education, embodiment, and connection through:
Guided Presentation
Learn why self-love and self-care are essential for physical, emotional, and mental well-being—especially in midlife and beyond. Topics include stress reduction, nervous system health, boundaries, and reconnecting with activities you love or feel called to pursue.
Accessible Yoga & Chair Yoga Movement
Gentle, adaptable movement practices designed for all bodies and mobility levels. Movements can be done standing or seated in a chair, with options provided throughout. No prior yoga experience required.
Yoga Philosophy for Everyday Living
Practical insights from yoga philosophy translated into simple, real-life tools for cultivating compassion, self-trust, purpose, and inner resilience.
Reflection & Peer Support
Thoughtful prompts and optional group discussion foster connection, shared wisdom, and a sense of belonging—reminding you that you are not alone on this journey.

Each masterclass includes an introduction to our upcoming program designed specifically for women 50 and older who want deeper, ongoing support. You’ll receive a taste of the program’s core activities, such as guided reflection, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and tools for reconnecting with joy and purpose—so you can experience what some aspects of the program feel like before deciding to enroll in the program.
