Guided Meditation Class

Using the breath as an anchor, we will settle into the body and mindfully observe all that arises. Sessions will include a themed, guided meditation, optional sharing, and silent reflection. No special equipment or experience needed. You may want to practice from a space that is comfortable and where you won’t be disturbed. Consider lighting a candle or having a journal nearby to note any reflections.
